For example, in the United States Flyp's had a freemium pricing strategy, where the first number was given away for free, while there was a charge for each additional number. Domestically, selling point was the convenience of being able to access different types of messages in one place, and being able to choose local area codes.

MMS Messaging

Challenge
To add functionality to Flyp that would allow users to send and receive photos.
A priority for the users is that they should be able to take and send photos as quickly as possible.
To that end, I borrowed from Snapchat, where actions like taking a photo, or adding a sticker, are always available in the bottom bar.
Process
I and my co-worker reviewed the functionality of the many communication apps already in the market. The competitive analysis allowed us to explore best practices, and borrow elements that would work best for Flyp.
I created quick sketches of the UI to get initial feedback from stakeholders, and then moved on to more polished visual designs.
